The form lands in the same inbox as email. Files are better sent by email, since the form cannot carry an 80 MB InDesign package and we would rather not pretend it can.

Decatur keeps Eastern Time. Europe turns its clocks back on 25 October; the United States follows on 1 November. For those seven days the gap is an hour shorter, and we have built a column for it.
